Welcome to the DRIP Foundation

Greetings from Developmental Research and Impacting Policymaking (DRIP) Foundation, which is an emerging youth think tank in Bangladesh.

One of the proudest assests of this country is its young generation (aged between 15 and 35) which counts around one third of its total population. The future of a nation is in fact the future of its next generation - that makes the young generation a major stakeholder of development. The youth holds the key to development having innovative creativities of the net-age. The opportunity to realise youth's unique potentials should be seized and this would yield enormous returns to the development of the country.

But the youth lacks an outlet to incubate their passions for the progress of the country and they are not in the mainstream process of development in Bangladesh. So the youth participation in development process has long been a missing part in Bangladesh.

DRIP Foundation works to give the youth a voice unlocking their talents to make a difference as well as empowering them to help suggest national policies that considerably affect the future of the nation and aslo fostering the youth intellectual equality in the country to ensure their participation in the civil society.

Besides, the foundation works to bridge between the youth of Bangladesh and that of the world for sharing their concerns over the pressing issues of the world.

DRIP Foundation offers opportunities for the youth to comparatively analyse the system and to comprehensively outline the mechanism.

So I warmly welcome all of the youth to join DRIP Foundation for raising your voices intellectually on the development of Bangladesh and of the world.
